By completing this registration, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and correct. Following you booking you will receive an email confirmation.
At the time of booking your place at an event you will pay the full entry fee, which includes entry to the competition on the event day. This does not include access to any practice facilities or access to the course at any other time.
Cancellation
If you require to cancel your booking prior to the event, please note that only the following refunds will be issued:
- 24 hours or more prior to the event = 50% refund
- 7 days or more prior to the event = 100% refund
Scottish Open
- 2 weeks or more prior to the event = 50% refund
- 2 months or more prior to the event = 100% refund
Season Ticket
Upon purchase of a season ticket the player acknowledges and accepts that the tournament terms & conditions apply to all tournaments in which they participate.
Please also note, if you fail to attend the event, no refund will be issued.
If the event requires to be cancelled at any time, a full refund will be issued in the form of credit. If you wish to receive a full refund in place of this, this can be requested by yourself in writing to the National Tour Committee.
Your Responsibilities (Player)
By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by all FootGolf Association of Scotland policies and the ‘Player Code of Conduct’.
You take full responsibility for all personal equipment and property, FootGolf Association of Scotland take hold no responsibility for personal equipment and property, including balls.
You have responsibility for your personal safety during the event, Footgolf Association of Scotland cannot be held liable for any personal injury incurred during the event.
Our Responsibility (FootGolf Association of Scotland)
FootGolf Association of Scotland will take all possible measures to ensure all events take place in a safe and enjoyable manner, however, if it is deemed necessary to cancel an event, as much notice as possible will be provided.
Footgolf Association will hold all your details in a confidential and secure way only for the purposes outlined in the data protection statement.
FootGolf Association of Scotland will provide necessary information to you prior to the event, further information may be provided upon your arrival and during the event.
Data Protection
Footgolf Association of Scotland collects and stores all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 2016.
Data is used purely for the purpose of communication and activities of Footgolf Association of Scotland, including contact of members by committees and teams of the organisation in relation to the actions and activities of their dedicated roles.
It is the responsibility of you to update any changes to your details for this event by informing the National Tour Committee.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions may be made from time to time to keep in line with other services and the law at the discretion of FootGolf Association of Scotland
